How to delete your account

If you decide that you want to delete your Teacher Tapp account, then there are two possible ways to do this.

• You can delete your account within the app, by navigating through Settings > Account > Delete Account, which will take you through the steps you need to take in order to remove the account.
• You can message us directly, with the email address associated with your account and we will be able to delete it on our end.

What happens to your data

Your personal data will be stored for as long as you use the app and for such time afterwards as required by law or six years from when you stop using the app (which is the legal limitation period).

By deleting your account, we will delete sensitive personal data we hold about you. Sensitive personal data is data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
